Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.

1. Return Period

We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return their package. These 14 days start when the package is marked as delivered. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

2. Return Conditions

All items must be returned in unused condition, suitable for resale, with the product box intact and in good condition. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • Sale Items: Please be aware that items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another product from our collection or redeemed for store credit.

  • Bundle Deals: For any bundle deals, both items must be returned together. If only one item is returned, we cannot provide a refund or store credit. However, items from the bundle can be exchanged for a different product of equal value. If you wish to exchange only one item, please return that item while keeping the other.

3. Return Costs

Returns are the customer's responsibility, and shipping costs will vary depending on the courier service used and the country from which the package is returned.

4. Return Processing Time

If you request an exchange while registering your return, we will start processing it immediately to ensure your exchange is completed within just a few days.

We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will handle it within 5 working days.

If you prefer to return for a refund, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your refund request. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your bank account. Additionally, please be aware that returns and refunds incur a 10% processing fee.

What Should I Do If My Exchange Product Is No Longer Available?                    Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will provide you with an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If the product is sold out, we will contact you and work together to find a solution.

Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number is included in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you did not receive this email, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged product?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged item. Please email us at hello@healthyscalp.com with a photo of the issue. Our customer service will work quickly to resolve the matter.

What if I want to return my order after the return period?
We recommend returning items within the 14-day window. If this is not possible, we offer options for exchanging the product for a replacement or providing a voucher. Please reach out to our customer support team to discuss your options.
